We are adept in providing designs for traditional and performance based contracts which are considered and cost effective.

Q Works provides Quality Assurance to your projects in the form of Clerks of Works and NEC Supervisory services as well as technical reviews and independent inspections to suit the frequency and budget. This enables accurate documentation and records of progress and stage inspections whilst imparting our knowledge to ensure the Client receives a high quality project where the contract requirements and standards have been met.

Our Engineering Surveyors can inspect any facet of your estate from targeted surveys into Fire Dampers to full condition surveys with costed capital plans for vast estates, we can tailor a survey to your needs to ensure you have the right information to make the best decisions.
